Sheringham Duathlon – 29th March and 26th April at 9am

Our pre-season duathlons take place from The Esplanade at Sheringham and it’s an opportunity to test yourself on this challenging course. These involve a 1.5 mile hilly trail run, followed by a 17km bike route before heading out on the trails again for a repeat of the run. These are free training events, a great chance to practice a bit of race day routine including that wonderful feeling of getting your legs to run when you’ve been pedalling away hard! Please sign up on SportMember, so we know people are coming.

Club Challenges
Started during COVID-19 and carried on due to its popularity, the club runs a variety of inventive and creative club challenges. We’ve swum, biked and run across America, the Channel and across Europe along with strength and conditioning sessions to keep up motivation and training over the dark winter months.
