Our training sessions are suitable for all levels and abilities, whether you are completely new to triathlon or looking to build on your current skills and fitness. The sessions vary according to the season, with the timetable usually switching between summer and winter.

TUESDAY

09:00-10:00 – Pilates
Trimingham Village Hall (£7.50 – book through Woodlands Leisure Park)

19:30 – Winter Spinning : North Norfolk Wheelers
The Reef Leisure Centre, Sheringham (£48 for 12 sessions)


WEDNESDAY

Cycling / Running : Zwift Duathlon League
Online / Outside (£ free)

19:45-20:45 – Swimming : Open Water
Mike Thurston Centre, North Walsham (Members £6)


THURSDAY

Recovery day!


FRIDAY

10:30-11:30 – Pilates
FFMA, Cromer (£5)


SATURDAY

09:00 – Running : Parkrun
Members can be found running at the Blickling, Holkham and Sheringham Parkruns in North Norfolk (£ free)


SUNDAY

Times vary – Cycling : Group Ride
