Check the website News and Facebook posts on a regular basis, as we have additional sessions and events, mostly at no cost. These are structured to suit all abilities.
Additional sessions so far this past year have included:
- Post-parkrun club bike rides
- Mini duathlon training sessions to practice bike, run and transitions
- ‘Out and back’ run session (cross-country!)
- The epic Dawn to Dusk Lockdown ‘Brick’ Challenge, with two teams both managing to cover over 200 miles in 16 hours, and raising money for local charities in the process
- A social isolation run lockdown challenge (how far can you run without seeing anyone?)
- Online ‘Zoom’ turbo training sessions led by Sam Proctor (local pro-triathlete)
- Zwift TT handicap virtual races
- Outlaw Lockdown triathlon
