Running

Our members can join us on a Sunday run workouts, coached at various locations in North Norfolk. These sessions are suitable for all abilities and will be a mixture of drills to help your efficiency and workouts to improve speed and endurance.


Parkruns

Parkruns are a positive, welcoming and inclusive experience where there is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along, whether you walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate. These are free, weekly, community events all around the world.

Although not a club event, members can usually be found running the 5K courses at Blickling, Holkham, North Walsham and Sheringham on a Saturday morning.
